Rabies Vaccination Certificate Requirement

All members must submit a current rabies certificate signed by a licensed veterinarian. This certificate is required when applying for a new membership and must be resubmitted each time the dog receives an updated rabies vaccination. To maintain active membership, an updated certificate must be submitted before the one on file expires. Vaccination receipts are not accepted as proof of rabies vaccination.
